Ukraine's Sybiha proposes anti-crisis measures to Poland's Sikorski

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha met with Polish counterpart Radosław Sikorski and proposed a set of anti-crisis measures aimed at easing tensions between the two countries. Sybiha announced the outcome of the talks in a statement issued after the meeting.
