Tusk waives parliamentary immunity in PiS crypto affair linked to Ziobro foundation lawsuit

Prime Minister Donald Tusk has formally waived his parliamentary immunity in connection with the so-called PiS crypto affair. The case involves a lawsuit filed by Zbigniew Ziobro's foundation over the funding of the Instytut Polski Suwerennej by Przemysław Kral, head of crypto exchange Zondacrypto. The dispute will now move to court.
