Bus plunges 70 feet into ravine in Pakistan, killing 40 of 48 passengers
An overloaded bus carrying 48 passengers plunged 70 feet (about 21 metres) into a ravine in Pakistan on a notoriously hazardous highway connecting two provincial capitals. The accident killed 40 people, with several others injured. The road on which the crash occurred is known for its high accident rate.
