Sikorski after meeting Sybiha: diplomacy prefers silence over public statements

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski met with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha. When asked about the talks, Sikorski said a joint statement had been issued but that diplomacy in this case prefers silence over public demonstrations.
