Stefan K., diagnosed narcissist: "It's not my problem if someone feels hurt by me"

Stefan K. is one of the rare individuals formally diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). In an interview with his therapist, he described which people he finds easiest to manipulate and what he feels when someone suffers because of him — his answer: it is not his problem. His therapist also debunks the most common myth about narcissism: that narcissists are always self-confident and satisfied with themselves.
