mObywatel app to let shoppers report dirty stores to authorities

Poland's mObywatel digital identity app is set to gain a new feature allowing shoppers to report hygiene or sanitary problems in stores — such as bad smells — directly to the relevant authorities. Users will be able to send a report from within the app, prompting inspectors to respond. This is the latest expansion of the mObywatel platform's capabilities.
