Polish parliament bans smartphones in primary schools and kindergartens from September 2025

Poland's Sejm passed a near-unanimous law banning the use of mobile phones in primary schools and kindergartens. The ban will take effect from September 2025 and will include certain exceptions. It is one of the most broadly supported pieces of legislation passed by the Polish parliament in recent times.
