Kraków spends nearly 10 million złoty buying flats from developers
The city of Kraków has allocated nearly 10 million złoty to purchase new flats directly from property developers to expand its municipal housing stock. Other Polish cities have already adopted similar approaches. The aim is to increase the availability of social and council housing in the city.
