MP Janusz Kowalski admitted he accidentally used another MP's voting card during votes number 9 and 10 in the Polish Sejm, calling it "a simple mistake." The Warsaw Śródmieście District Prosecutor's Office has opened a preliminary inquiry into the incident. Włodzimierz Czarzasty warned at the time that consequences would follow.
