Nagelsmann resigns as Germany coach after World Cup 2026 exit

Julian Nagelsmann has resigned as Germany's national team coach following an early exit from the 2026 World Cup. His departure opens the door for former Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp to take charge of the national side, should he wish to do so. Germany have not yet confirmed a successor.
