Developer builds Commodore 64 BASIC interpreter for PostgreSQL

A developer has created a PostgreSQL extension called PL/cbmBASIC that implements a Commodore 64 BASIC interpreter inside the database engine. The project allows users to write stored procedures in the 1980s dialect of BASIC. It attracted attention on Hacker News shortly after publication.
