The US Food and Drug Administration has ruled that ZYN nicotine pouches can be marketed as a less harmful option for adult smokers compared to cigarettes. The approval does not mean the product is safe — the FDA stresses that quitting all tobacco and nicotine products entirely remains the best course of action.
