Medvedev Threatens Finland with Nuclear Strike After Atomic Weapons Law Change

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council, threatened Finland after the country repealed its total ban on nuclear weapons on its territory. Medvedev declared that Finland now appears on Russia's list of potential nuclear strike targets. Finland's legal change follows its accession to NATO in 2023.
