Krafton agrees to pay Subnautica 2 bonuses to all staff after legal dispute

Publisher Krafton has agreed to pay promised bonuses to all Unknown Worlds staff working on Subnautica 2, resolving a lengthy legal dispute between the publisher and the studio's leadership. The game has attracted over four million players and is considered one of 2026's biggest survival titles. Unknown Worlds CEO Ted Gill has also departed the company again amid the settlement.
