Hrycak: Threatening Ukraine over Bandera may backfire

Ukrainian historian Yaroslav Hrytsak told PAP that resolving the UPA dispute will require a change of power in Kyiv. He warned that threatening Ukraine with EU exclusion over the Bandera issue could backfire and produce the opposite of the intended effect. Hrytsak also drew attention to an influential figure in Zelensky's inner circle whom he described as prone to causing scandals.
