PKP Intercity Delays Surge — Passengers Entitled to Up to 75% Ticket Refund

In late June, PKP Intercity cancelled dozens of trains and passengers faced widespread delays. Travellers are entitled to a 25% refund for delays of 60–119 minutes and up to 75% for longer delays or cancellations, but most passengers are unaware of this right. Refund claims can be submitted via the PKP Intercity app or at ticket offices.
