KO councillor Kacprzyk allegedly brokered doctor shifts at Bródno Hospital

According to Friday's "Rzeczpospolita", 28-year-old KO councillor Dawid Kacprzyk arrived with a stack of CVs and used his personal network to help the hospital fill vacant medical posts. The newspaper describes the arrangement as an informal "workers' cooperative."
