Pegasus spyware found on phone of MEP probing Pegasus abuses

Citizen Lab found that Pegasus spyware was installed on the phone of Greek MEP Stelios Kouloglou while he was investigating spyware abuses in the European Parliament. A fellow MEP called the discovery "a direct attack on the rule of law." Researchers could not attribute the hack to a specific government operator.
