Nawrocki sends e-cigarette excise law to Constitutional Tribunal, citing legislative chaos at Finance Ministry
President Karol Nawrocki has referred an amendment introducing new excise taxes on e-cigarettes to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. He criticised the Finance Ministry for publishing a further amendment to a law still awaiting his signature, calling it "legislative chaos." Finance Minister Andrzej Domański responded to the criticism but did not alter the ministry's position.
