Boeing Starliner still uncertified — nearly a decade behind schedule, NASA says
Boeing's Starliner capsule may not receive certification for routine flights to the International Space Station until next year, according to a NASA Commercial Crew programme review. The project is now approximately ten years behind its original schedule. The delay is particularly significant given that the ISS itself is planned to retire in 2030.
