Deadliest Kyiv strike of the year: 27 killed, Putin and Zelensky vow to escalate

Kyiv observed a day of mourning after the deadliest strike on the city this year, killing 27 people, wounding 91 and destroying more than 130 buildings. Both Putin and Zelensky responded by vowing to escalate the fighting. It is one of the most devastating attacks on the Ukrainian capital since the war began.
