Man douses woman in flammable liquid and sets her on fire in her flat

A 39-year-old woman was hospitalised after a man doused her in flammable liquid and set her on fire inside her own flat. The perpetrator was apprehended by police shortly after the attack. Officers are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
