Early copy of Declaration of Independence found in UK National Archives

Michael Scurr, a volunteer at Britain's National Archives, has discovered a rare early copy of the Declaration of Independence hidden among the papers of a captured American ship. The find is considered historically significant given the document's importance and the unusual circumstances of its preservation.
