FBI, Google and Lumen Disrupt NetNut Malware Proxy Network

Google, the FBI, and Lumen Technologies have jointly disrupted NetNut, described as one of the largest proxy networks using infected devices to distribute malware. The operation targeted criminal infrastructure exploiting compromised endpoints. Further technical details about the scale of the takedown were not disclosed.
