Tesla Driver Using FSD Charged With Manslaughter After Killing Woman Inside Her Texas Home

Michael Butler, 44, was arrested in Texas and charged with manslaughter after his Tesla Model 3 crashed into a home and killed a woman inside last month. Butler claimed he was using Tesla's Full-Self Driving (FSD) system at the time of the crash. The case is one of the most serious incidents involving Tesla's driver-assistance technology.
