EU court upholds €4.1bn fine against Google in antitrust case
The Court of Justice of the European Union has upheld a fine of nearly €4.1 billion against Google, dismissing the company's appeal. The original penalty stood at €4.3 billion and was slightly reduced by the court. It remains one of the largest antitrust fines ever imposed in the EU.
