France Wildfires: Over 900 Hectares Burning, PM Calls Emergency Meeting

Wildfires have consumed more than 900 hectares of fields and forests in the Aude and Hérault departments in southern France, according to AFP. Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu called an emergency government meeting on Thursday. The Green Party filed a no-confidence motion against the government in response to the disaster.
