Vulkan graphics API now available on NetBSD

A developer known as segaboy has published a Vulkan graphics API port for the NetBSD operating system on GitHub. The port means NetBSD users can now access the modern low-level graphics and GPU compute API. The project was shared on Hacker News and attracted interest from the open-source community.
