Russia reportedly planning autumn mobilisation and border closures

Kremlin-linked sources are increasingly signalling that Russia is planning a new wave of military mobilisation this autumn, potentially accompanied by border closures. Lt. Col. Maciej Korowaj of the Eastern Flank Institute warns this would simultaneously address several of Moscow's military problems and serves as a warning signal for NATO member states.
