Germany charges Ukrainian national over Nord Stream pipeline bombing

German prosecutors have charged a Ukrainian national identified as Serhiy K. with involvement in blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline. They also allege the operation was ordered by the Ukrainian state authorities. Ukraine has firmly denied these allegations.
