European Commission delays ETS reform presentation to July 17

The European Commission has pushed back the presentation of its ETS emissions trading reform by two days, from July 15 to July 17. On the same date, the Commission will also unveil its energy transformation plan aimed at accelerating Europe's shift to zero-emission electricity generation.
