Forza Horizon 6 Sekibe Time Attack: location and required car guide

The Sekibe Time Attack is one of many time attack circuits in Forza Horizon 6 . Additionally, it's featured in the winter set of weekly challenges in the Horizon Decades series, where you'll need to use the 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR TM Edition. (Rolls off the tongue, eh?). This is part of the Theory of Evolution challenge, but to complete it, you need to know exactly where the Sekibe Time Attack location is, and you need to have the correct vehicle. While the latter can be bought from the Autoshow for a rather reasonable 70,000 credits, you'll find the location for the former below.
