Universal Pictures held special screenings of Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey for influencers on Monday, alongside traditional critics and journalists at the associated press junket. For a few days it had appeared the studio might forgo influencer screenings entirely. The move confirms that influencer screenings remain a standard part of major film marketing.
