Tusk waives parliamentary immunity — to face court over zondacrypto donations

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has officially waived his parliamentary immunity, allowing a court case against him to proceed. The case concerns statements Tusk made about donations from the head of zondacrypto to foundations linked to right-wing politicians, primarily Zbigniew Ziobro and Przemysław Wipler. Tusk voluntarily agreed to face the legal proceedings.
