"Der Spiegel": Germany should pay 10,000 zł yearly to living Nazi victims in Poland
German weekly "Der Spiegel" published a commentary by Jan Puhl arguing that Germany owes living Polish victims of Nazism an annual payment of 10,000 zł (approx. €2,300). In the first year, the cost to Germany would be around €100 million. Puhl emphasises Germany's moral obligation towards survivors of World War II crimes.
