EU to scrap tariffs on 80% of Armenian exports

The European Union will introduce autonomous trade measures for Armenia, removing tariffs on approximately 80 percent of Armenian exports to EU member states. The arrangement is set to eventually cover 99 percent of agricultural products. The move represents a significant step in deepening economic ties between Armenia and the EU.
