Stal Gorzów accuses Speedway Ekstraliga president of breaking his own rules

Stal Gorzów managing director Magdalena Ciszek-Kozłowska has accused Speedway Ekstraliga president Wojciech Stępniewski of violating rules he himself set two years ago. She says the situation looks highly suspicious and does not believe in coincidences. The club has openly called it a "fix".
