Judge Piebiak reinstated after Supreme Court chamber overturns his suspension

The Professional Responsibility Chamber of Poland's Supreme Court has overturned Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek's decision to suspend judge Łukasz Piebiak. The chamber ruled that the minister had no legal grounds to suspend Piebiak in connection with the ongoing investigations against him. Piebiak will now return to his judicial duties.
