Anaesthesiologist charged in Lubań for refusing critically ill patient who later died
A 52-year-old anaesthesiologist from a hospital in Lubań has been charged after prosecutors allege she refused to admit a critically ill patient and failed to implement necessary medical procedures. The man died shortly after being transferred to a hospital in Zgorzelec. The case has now gone to court.
