Malware spread via sponsored ads on X in ClickFix-style attack on Mac users

Jamf Threat Labs discovered a ClickFix-style malware attack spreading through a sponsored ad on X (formerly Twitter). The ad originated from a well-known account and directed users to a malicious domain disguised as a popular Mac application. The attack specifically targets macOS users and highlights the risk of clicking on sponsored content in social media feeds.
