11-year-old drives truck into Buddhist procession in Thailand, killing 9 monks

An 11-year-old boy drove his parents' pickup truck into a Buddhist procession in Mukdahan province, Thailand, killing at least nine monks. CCTV footage captured the moment the monks, dressed in orange robes, were struck while walking along the road shortly before 11am local time on Thursday. Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident and no charges have yet been filed against the child.
