PM Tusk waives immunity over defamation claim by Ziobro's institute

Prime Minister Donald Tusk has waived his parliamentary immunity, Wirtualna Polska has established. The case concerns a dispute with Zbigniew Ziobro's Institut Polski Suwerennej, which accuses Tusk of defamation over statements about the institute's funding by zondacrypto CEO Przemysław Kral. Government spokesman Adam Szłapka said the government is not afraid of a trial: "If they want to go to court, let them — they'll lose."
