Russian daredevil proposes atop Empire State Building spire, both arrested

Two Russian daredevils climbed the spire of the Empire State Building in New York, where one proposed marriage to the other. The pair had earlier unfurled a peace-message banner from the top of the tower. Both were subsequently arrested by police.
