Most Prediction Market Contracts Have Low Volume, Leaving Users Exposed to Bots
Despite exponential overall growth in prediction market volume, the vast majority of individual contracts never surpass $10,000 in traded value. This low liquidity leaves retail users exposed to significant price volatility and manipulation by automated bots. The structural imbalance means that real liquidity is concentrated in only a handful of contracts, leaving most markets effectively shallow.
