Doctor refused to admit 43-year-old patient — man died, charges filed

Prosecutors have filed charges against a 52-year-old doctor from the Łużyckie Medical Centre in Lubań. She is accused of unintentionally endangering the life of a 43-year-old patient by refusing to admit him to the ward; the man died shortly afterwards after being transferred to another facility. The case will now go to court.
