Oxford physicist theorises alien megastructures could orbit supermassive black holes

An Oxford University physicist has proposed that alien megastructures could theoretically exist around so-called SLABs – stupendously large black holes with masses comparable to entire galaxies. Objects such as the Cosmic Horseshoe black hole already reach 36 billion solar masses.
