Anaesthesiologist charged after refusing to admit patient who later died
A prosecutor in Luban has filed charges against an anaesthesiologist who refused to admit a critically ill 43-year-old man and redirected him to another hospital, after which he died. The doctor is accused of negligently endangering the patient's life instead of immediately beginning diagnostics. The case will now go to trial.
