11 tonnes of dead fish removed from Bóbr river near Pilchowice dam
Authorities have removed 11 tonnes of dead fish from the Bóbr river below the Pilchowice dam in Lower Silesia. The regional sanitary authority and governor are urging residents to stay out of the river and cancel kayaking trips. Water quality and sediment tests are ongoing, and the County Crisis Management Team met on Wednesday with the governor to coordinate the response.
