ECJ rules bank's claim for CHF loan capital repayment can start running from borrower's first challenge
The Court of Justice of the EU has ruled that the limitation period for a bank's claim to recover capital from a Swiss franc mortgage loan may begin on the date the borrower first challenged the contract's validity.
