Jan Kvech may make a surprise decision and stay out of PGE Ekstraliga

Ryan Douglas and Jan Kvech are the top candidates from Metalkas 2nd Division to move up to Poland's top-tier PGE Ekstraliga speedway league. The transfer of Australian Douglas appears to be a done deal, but Czech rider Kvech may make a surprise decision and opt against the move to the premier division.
